Your donation builds a brighter future for Sri Lanka

With us, you build a renewed farming system based on agroecology that can feed the community.

With us, you make Sri Lanka rely less on imported inputs and use more local resources and networks.

With us, you don’t just feed a meal or provide food for a week or two, but for generations to come.

With us, you don’t sustain a person or their family, but entire villages.

With us, you not only help people but an island nation as a whole!

What is your organization’s mission?

We have a 3D approach to bring forth a sustainable Sri Lanka at the macro level by implementing social, environmental, and economic projects in the villages of Sri Lanka at the micro level.

These community ecosystems, built in villages across Sri Lanka, will shift Sri Lanka from an import based economy to a self sustaining economy by creating agro ecological farms and setting up small businesses for the production of essential goods and services.

Why should I donate to Renaissance Sri Lanka?

We are not affiliated with any political party, ideology, or religion. We serve people regardless of their communities or beliefs. For us, Sri Lanka is one, and we embrace its beautiful diversity.

We work with deep expertise and with a multitude of our trusted local partners, the majority of whom have been on the ground for decades.

We are the only one-stop trustworthy platform that brings together all individuals who genuinely care about Sri Lanka, both at home and abroad, to contribute to and be a part of the sustainable development of Sri Lanka through harmonious efforts in the social, environmental, and economic domains.

With us, your impact is not limited to a dimension but into all 3 paradigms of economic, environmental, and social upliftment.

Where does the money go when I donate to your organization?

95% of all individual donations are used to directly fund humanitarian projects. We understand how important a donation is to an individual and how it is a heartfelt gift to directly help those in need.

Like any organization, we have structural costs (administration, site development, marketing, fundraising, etc.). These costs are mainly supported by founder funding or donations from foundations and philanthropists.

By relying on volunteers for as much help as they can provide, we are able to keep these fixed costs to a minimal level.

In addition, we favor outsourcing to Sri Lanka whenever the resources or services are available.

Who runs the organization?

Along with the two visionary founders who guide the organization in line with its mission and objectives, we are proud to have a strong and dedicated team of individuals at the core who share the same vision.
